FBI Raids MSB Service ProvidersOn Wednesday April 08th, Some Federal Agents came to one of our locations in Minneapolis, MN with a search warrant which was filed in the federal Eastern District of Missouri on April 03, 2008. The Company is cooperating with the Federal Agents so they can accomplish their task. Agents took some documents from the office and imaged computer hard disks. The office operation which was interrupted for some hours, has now resumed.We are not sure why the Agency has chosen to go to that particular office when they knew where the Corporate Office is located. The Company is, however, working with the FBI on any matters that may assist the Agency to successfully complete their mission.
Our Company is registered with FinCEN and licensed to provide money transfer services. We have a strong compliance in place that meets with both Federal and State level requirements. |
